Join us for our first education workshop of the year on April 5th—Breaking the Colonial Mindset: Loving your Filipino Culture 🇵🇭
We will be learning methods on how to decolonize the colonial mindset that has plagued many different cultures. With special guest Michelle Jaquish, we will learn some somatic/mindful exercises to overcome this mentality and learn to love our unique culture as it is. You do not have to be Filipino to participate.
